P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider with a global, fully remote team. We offer a fully remote, indefinite-term consultancy role with USD salary and a strong focus on infrastructure performance and security.

We seek an engineer to own automation using Ansible, Python or Go, and to keep our blockchain nodes performant. You’ll work with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and on-call rotations, with opportunities for crypto salary payments.

Formación

• Strong Ansible expertise for automation and deployment.
• Proficient in Python or Go for infrastructure tasks.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to work independently within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain mission-critical infrastructure with SLI/SLO/SLA targets.
• Develop automation for deploying web2/web3 infrastructure.
• R&D for blockchain projects to ensure node performance.
• Participate in On-Call schedule.
