Autodesk is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to support our Construction business from the Barcelona Inside Sales Hub, focusing on Northern European markets.

You will partner with Inside Sales to drive revenue, deliver compelling demonstrations, support opportunities, and guide customers through their digital transformation journey. This role requires travel across Europe and fluency in English plus another European language.

Formación

• Experience with BIM workflows and Autodesk solutions.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to communicate complex tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to support and advance sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, workflows and challenges.
• Identify pain points and recommend Autodesk solutions that align with outcomes.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical discussions to prospects.
• Support strategic account planning and opportunities expansion.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical assets to support sales and marketing.
• Deliver webinars and virtual events for campaigns and engagement.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales to support regional initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and pre-sales support to Inside Sales teams.
• Support reseller and customer enablement activities and training.
