AirHelp is evolving its app into a proactive travel assistant, with Senior Product Designer owning the premium subscription UX—from bundles to monetization and engagement. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to define problems, hypothesize, build and test solutions, and iterate based on real user behavior and metrics.

The role focuses on end-to-end subscription design, with a track record in mobile product design and scaling design systems, in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Experience designing B2C subscription products is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into product design.

Responsabilidades

• Own subscription product design end-to-end from problem definition to shipped outcomes.
• Frame problems clearly with a hypothesis-driven mindset and test quickly.
• Prototype early using AI tools (Figma, Claude) with real flows, not static mocks.
• Validate through real usage by talking to users and running quick tests.
• Translate validated ideas into production-ready design with clarity and system alignment.
• Balance speed and craft; refine in Figma and ship polished solutions.
• Lead day-to-day improvements and larger strategic initiatives for the product.
• Identify opportunities and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
• Mentor others and raise the design bar through systems thinking.
