Manychat is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to bridge Marketing with analytics and data. You will surface insights, design experiments, and own data pipelines that connect ad platforms to our warehouse.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Data, and Engineering to drive data-driven decisions and measure campaign impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, contribute to pricing and product launches, and translate complex data

Formación

• 5+ years in Analytics or related field; at least 2 years in Marketing Analytics.
• Strong SQL and BI skills; Python or R for experimentation.
• Experience designing experiments and applying causal inference.
• Experience with ad platform data and building data pipelines.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and independent, proactive work style.

Responsabilidades

• Design, run, and analyze experiments to measure marketing spend impact.
• Apply causal inference to estimate channel and campaign impact.
• Own integrations with ad platforms and maintain data pipelines to warehouse.
• Build multi-touch attribution models and validate them.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data modeling for marketing datasets.
• Run ad-hoc analyses, build dashboards, surface insights for Marketing teams.
• Partner with Analytics and Marketing leadership on cross-functional projects.
