A leading travel technology company is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in French and German to join their Madrid team. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing clear support across various channels. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer support, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Formación

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Previous experience in the travel sector or similar.
• GDS knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats.
• Investigate, advise, and resolve both pre-sales and after-sales queries.

Conocimientos

Strong verbal and written communication skills in French or German and Spanish

At least one year of experience in Customer Support services

Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail

Proactive team player

Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
