Michael Page Enterprise Solutions seeks an onboarding coordinator to manage candidate and hiring manager relationships and ensure seamless onboarding processes in Barcelona. You will oversee scheduling, progress tracking, and escalation of delays while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires administrative experience, stakeholder management, and fluency in Italian and French, with a strong emphasis on communication, organisation, and integrity under pressure.

• Fluency to a professional level in Italian and French.
• Experience in administrative work and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maximise contract performance and ensure SLA adherence.
• Schedule Hiring Manager interviews with candidates.
• Track onboarding progress and escalate delays.
• Educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal teams for onboarding elements.
• Arrange orientation and day-1 activities for new joiners.
