Michael Page SSC in Barcelona is seeking an HR - People Services Specialist (French or German) for a temporary contract. The role sits in a Hybrid work model with 2 days remote weekly, within a vibrant international office in Barcelona.

You will deliver accurate HR processes across 18 EMEA markets, manage onboarding, payroll-related tasks, and support annual salary reviews and benefits administration for joiners, movers, and leavers.

Competenze

• Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR processes across multiple markets.
• Build knowledge of local employment practices and statutory requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers across markets.
• Administer market-specific onboarding requirements, including right-to-work checks and benefits setup.
• Delivery of market-specific statutory and operational requirements related to employee movements and payroll-related processes.
• Delivery of market-specific statutory offboarding requirements and data accuracy in MyPeopleHub.
• Support Compensation and Performance cycles including ASR and PM activities.
• Support benefits administration for joiners, movers and leavers and liaise with vendors for timely coverage.
