Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and Chinese; able to conduct business independently in both languages.
• 1–3 years in logistics, express delivery, or cross-border transportation; experience in network planning or regional management is preferred.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Operations Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design postal zone coverage and territory division; lead site selection, recruitment, and expansion of service outlets.
• Identify and qualify local franchisees; conduct due diligence, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts; provide pre-launch guidance.
