Responsibilities

• Understand functions, processes, and workflows from a finance trainee perspective.
• Participate in full cycle of logistics network planning and operations in Spain.
• Assist with network layout, monitor key indicators, and support standardization and compliance.
• Support daily hub operations, quality control, and resource scheduling.
• Assist with regional operations coordination and service improvement efforts.
• Conduct data-driven performance reviews and propose optimization recommendations.
• Bridge headquarters and local teams with cross-cultural communication.
