This entry-level role offers full-time, office-based work at Sorolla Center, Av. Cortes Valencianas 58, Valencia. Salary €18,000 gross per year with healthcare after 6 months and continuous on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new digital tools.
• English and Spanish fluency.

Responsabilités

• Maintain internal documentation and provide administrative assistance to different departments.
• Organize business travel and company events, including flights, hotels, transportation, travel insurance, budgets, and visa requirements.
• Maintain customer and opportunity data in CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and other operational requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow up on pending tasks.
