MSX International is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Barcelona-based team. You will handle calls and emails from clients and dealerships, ensuring inquiries are resolved and data is accurately updated in our systems.

Ideal candidates have English (B2) and fluent French, are available full-time, and excel in communication and building connections with customers and colleagues. A 50% hybrid schedule is offered, with initial on-site onboarding for adaptation.

Formación

• B2 level of English and fluent in French.
• Available full-time.
• Great communicator: speak with people on the phone and in writing, and build connections.
• Detail-oriented & organized.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
• Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
• Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.
