PromoFarma by DocMorris in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who knows that great service is about trust, empathy, and practical solutions. You will support Spanish and English customers with orders, deliveries, and post-purchase questions.

You will collaborate with logistics, sales, and tech teams, use Zendesk to manage cases, and help customers discover relevant health and beauty products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, eCommerce support, or online retail.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
• Assist with order inquiries, delivery questions, and post-purchase support.
• Resolve issues with ownership and accountability.
• Guide customers toward relevant health, wellness, and beauty products.
• Collaborate with logistics, commercial, and tech teams to find effective solutions.
• Use Zendesk or similar ticketing systems to manage cases efficiently.
• Ensure every interaction strengthens trust in our brand.
