Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, eCommerce support, or online retail.
• Calm, organized approach in fast-paced environments.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude and transparent teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
• Assist with order inquiries, delivery questions, and post-purchase support.
• Resolve issues with ownership and accountability.
• Guide customers toward health, wellness, and beauty products.
• Collaborate with logistics, commercial, and tech teams to find effective solutions.
• Use Zendesk or similar ticketing systems to manage cases.
