PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in the Basque Country region seeks a Logistics Customer Service Assistant to support order management, fulfilment, and field SC coordination. Responsibilities include processing orders, changes, cancellations, stock checks, and delivering accurate logistics data.

Strong Spanish (native) and English (B1+) are required. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is mandatory, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Native Spanish; English at least B1 required.
• Previous exposure to a similar role is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical abilities are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Perform order check and validation; handle failed deliveries.
• Capture order details from Sales/customers and input into the system.
• Process change requests and update orders accordingly; cancel orders when needed.
• Create and maintain logistics codes and characteristics for shipments.
• Share internal logistics sheets per customer and SKU; coordinate with teams.
• Optimize orders for shipping efficiency and create filler orders for larger deliveries.
• Check stock levels with SP, confirm quantities, and align on logistics.
• Create delivery records in the system and finalize orders.
• Identify undelivered orders and take steps to close or cancel them.
• Coordinate between call center and departments via calls, Zoom, email.
