PepsiCo in Vitoria-Gasteiz is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to help manage orders and coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain. You will ensure accurate processing, timely deliveries, and swift issue resolution in a dynamic environment.

The role is a 6-month temporary position with potential to become permanent based on business needs and performance. Strong Spanish, Portuguese and English skills, plus Excel and SAP experience, are valued.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Spanish.
• Advanced Portuguese — required.
• English B2+ — a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience — a plus.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Organized, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management & Delivery: Review and validate orders, process changes and cancellations.
• Check product availability and coordinate quantities with Supply Planning.
• Create and update delivery information; monitor undelivered orders.
• Manage blocked orders and coordinate resolution; optimize orders and transport.
• Manage returns, refusals, and empty packaging returns; maintain logistics data.
• Prepare and share relevant reports and performance information.
• Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams.
• Work with Sales, Supply Chain, Call Center and other departments to find efficient solutions.
• Coordinate activities at national and regional levels; adapt to different customer needs.
• Supply Chain Support: Support training initiatives; contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare information and analysis to support business decisions.
