PepsiCo in Vitoria-Gasteiz is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. You will manage day-to-day orders, coordinate with customers and Sales, and ensure accurate processing and timely deliveries.

This 6-month temporary role may transition to a permanent contract based on business needs and performance. Fluency in Spanish (native/bilingual) with advanced Portuguese and strong Excel skills are required.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Spanish required.
• Advanced Portuguese required.
• English B2+ is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Organized, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate customer orders, including standard, promotional, sample, and donation orders.
• Process order changes and cancellations.
• Coordinate quantities with the Supply Planning team and update delivery information.
• Monitor undelivered orders and close them.
• Manage blocked orders and coordinate resolutions.
• Optimize orders and transport to improve logistics efficiency.
• Handle returns, refusals, and packaging returns.
• Maintain up-to-date logistics information for customers and products.
• Prepare and share reports and performance information.
• Coordinate activities with Sales, Supply Chain, Call Center, and other departments.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and requirements.
