Cross Border Talents is seeking an Euskera and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent for the banking sector in Valencia or Madrid, Spain. On-site initially, transitioning to hybrid after training.

Responsibilities include handling banking inquiries in both languages, delivering excellent service, and resolving issues after a comprehensive 25-day training program. On-site training will occur in the Madrid area.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Euskera and Spanish.
