Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Arabic and English-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a fast-growing international project supporting a leading digital platform. You will handle customer support for advertising campaigns and accounts, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

The role offers relocation support, paid training, and structured onboarding, with rotating shifts across 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Arabic native/C2 proficiency (dialects preferred).
• English B2/C1 proficiency or higher.
• Experience in Paid Campaign Management is required.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing and in a Contact Centre or Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Arabic and English via multiple channels.
• Assist clients with advertising campaign-related inquiries and account support.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records while meeting service quality standards.
