Job summary

Comet Capital is seeking an After Sales & Customer Care Coordinator for the Costa Del Sol – Alcaidesa area. The role focuses on guiding homeowners from sold to settled, managing snagging, coordinating repairs, and upholding the developer’s reputation for excellence.

You will coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and homeowners; occasionally lead home demonstrations; and keep accurate records so the construction team can improve future builds. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development, estate agency, or high-end hospitality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with empathy and professionalism.
• Organiser who can manage 20+ moving parts with spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with property management software or willingness to learn.
• Proactive problem-solving when contractors are late or issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management between homeowners, site managers, subcontractors, and staff.
• Coordinate and track snagging, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and stakeholders are informed.
• Organise and sometimes lead home demonstrations for owners.
• Maintain an impeccable database of homeowner records and maintenance schedules.
• Schedule and oversee remedial works with contractors to high standards.
• Collect and analyse customer satisfaction data to help improve future builds.
