Job summary

One Eden Spain Luxury S.L. is seeking an organised, proactive Construction Administration & Compliance Coordinator in Alcaidesa, Cádiz to support administration during the construction of residential and commercial projects.

This practical role focuses on town hall applications, project documentation, and health and safety compliance, not on technical construction management. You will work with architects, contractors, and local authorities, handling paperwork, tracking permits, and maintaining

Qualifications

Experience in administration, property or construction is helpful.
Not required: a technical construction qualification or senior project management background.
Familiarity with Spanish town hall procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare, submit and track municipal permits, licenses and approvals with architects and technical professionals.
Maintain organised project records including applications, approvals, certificates, contractor documents and correspondence.
Assist with health and safety records and collect contractor documentation, flag missing/expired items.
Liaise with town halls and public bodies, monitor notifications and coordinate timely responses.
Assist with First Occupancy Licences (LPO) documentation, coordinating with technical and legal teams.
Track deadlines, arrange meetings and follow up to keep approval processes moving.
