Job summary

Perk is seeking a motivated Bid Manager DACH to join our Revenue team in Barcelona. You will coordinate end-to-end bid processes, collaborate with sales, and ensure high-quality responses for clients across Europe. English and German are essential; Spanish is a plus.

You will build a bid library, interact with clients, and contribute to bid strategy while maintaining a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires based proximity to our Barcelona hubs and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bid management and writing.
• Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire bid process from initiation to qualification and submission.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and tailor bid responses.
• Write, edit, and proofread bid documents for clarity and compliance.
• Manage communications throughout the bid process and provide updates.
