Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry and building an OS for dental offices worldwide. We seek a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale our BDR team as we enter hypergrowth, reporting to the General Manager of Southern Europe.

You will drive a high-performance, mentor-driven culture, optimize outreach, forecast quotas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate market growth. English and Spanish fluency is required; travel up to 25% including the USA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup.
• At least 2 years managing teams of 5+ reps.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a fast-paced env.
• Proven BDR/SDR best practices and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Build a metrics driven and customer-obsessed team that consistently exceeds quota.
• Mentor, coach, and run weekly 1:1s to ensure high performance.
• Refine process improvements to drive conversion rate and pipeline.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment and targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on lead generation.
• Travel up to 25% including trips to the USA.
