Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology and a global reach. We are hiring a Business Development Manager to build and scale the BDR team, drive pipeline generation, and mentor a high-performing group in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will report to the General Manager of Southern Europe and lead initiatives to optimize outbound strategy, forecast quotas, and collaborate across functions to accelerate market growth while traveling up to 25% (including the USA).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 5+ reps.
• Strong knowledge of BDR/SDR processes and pipeline generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build a metrics-driven, customer-obsessed team that consistently exceeds quota.
• Mentor and coach team members with weekly one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Refine lead generation and outreach playbooks to improve conversion rates.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize the sales process and CRM usage.
• Travel up to 25%, including to the USA.
