Dandy is transforming the dental industry and is building an operating system for dental offices worldwide. We are hiring a Business Development Manager to recruit, manage, and scale our BDR team for hypergrowth, reporting to the General Manager of Southern Europe.

You will lead a metrics-driven, customer-obsessed team, mentor reps, refine process improvements, and drive pipeline generation with cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% to the USA is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup.
• At least 2 years leading teams of 5+ reps.
• Proven experience with B2B SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a metrics-driven and customer-obsessed BDR team that exceeds quota.
• Mentor, coach, and conduct weekly one-on-ones to ensure high performance.
• Optimize outreach strategy and pipeline generation playbook.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve lead generation.
• Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment.
• Travel up to 25% including to the USA.
