Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale our BDR team for hypergrowth. You will recruit, coach, and align cross-functional stakeholders to exceed quarterly quotas while building a scalable, data-driven pipeline.

Fluent English and Spanish, 4+ years in sales, 2+ years leading teams, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach are required; travel up to 25%, including to the USA, is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• 2+ years managing teams of 5+ individual reps.
• Experience with B2B SaaS tools and sales processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build a metrics-driven, quota-exceeding BDR team.
• Mentor and coach weekly 1:1s and drive performance.
• Optimize lead generation outreach strategy and playbooks.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve process.
• Lead and contribute to growth initiatives and market strategy.
• Travel up to 25%, including to the USA.
