Lexroom is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive fast-paced tech sales across Europe, based in Madrid or Barcelona. The role blends inbound and outbound prospecting, requires a sharp elevator pitch, and aims to qualify leads for demos with solo practitioners and SMB law firms.

You will work in a hybrid setup with in-office days in Madrid or Barcelona, driving new opportunities and contributing to Lexroom's hypergrowth.

Qualifications

• Ambition, resilience, and a hunger to hit high targets.
• Native-level Spanish and good English for internal communication.
• Willingness to relocate to Madrid or Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Manage a balanced mix of inbound/outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule high-conversion demos with solo practitioners and SMB law firms.
• Act as the face of Lexroom in a fast-paced sales cycle and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with sales managers and refine pitches based on feedback.
