haddock is seeking a Head of People in Barcelona to shape the AI-powered People function, attract exceptional talent and scale leadership across the organization. You will partner with founders and the Leadership Team to align people strategies with business goals, drive performance and craft a culture that enables rapid growth while maintaining our values.

This senior role is hybrid, based in our Barcelona office three days per week, and requires fluency in Spanish and English to lead diverse
