Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking an experienced Assistant Banquets Manager to lead the banquet department with passion and creativity, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Banquets Manager, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with planners and departments, and supervise banquet staff to uphold service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in an assistant manager role within banquets or F&B, plus 2 years managing a high-volume space.

Formación

• One to two years of experience as an assistant manager in Banquets or Food & Beverage outlets.
• 2+ years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant or banquet space.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Banquet Manager in overseeing daily banquet operations and event execution.
• Coordinate with event planners, clients, and internal departments (kitchen, sales, housekeeping) to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Supervise, train, and motivate banquet staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
• Ensure proper setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions according to event orders (BEOs).
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support inventory control, equipment maintenance, and proper use of banquet facilities.
• Participate in pre-event meetings and brief staff on event details and service expectations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reports, staff attendance, and operational documentation.
