Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Head Waiter to join our El Patio team. We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide exceptional quality and service to our guests.

You will describe the selection of food and beverage items with vivid descriptions, communicate guest orders to the kitchen, coordinate timing and transport items to the table, and anticipate guest needs with care. Candidates must have previous F&B luxury experience, fluent English and Spanish, and the legal right

About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Head Waiter to join our El Patio team. We are looking for dedicated professionals to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our Head Waiter also provides an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

What you will do:

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen.
• Coordinates food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.

What you bring:

We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated team players. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills, as well as an eye for detail are a necessity.Candidates should have previous experience in F&B in a luxury, fast paced environment. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.

This is a full-time position.
