Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Director and Assistant Director in daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. This role oversees Supervisors, Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure outstanding guest experiences while managing staffing and schedules.

Ideal candidates will have Rooms Division or Housekeeping Management experience in a large hotel, with strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Formación

• Previous Rooms Division or Housekeeping Management experience.
• Experience in a large five-star hotel is preferred.
• Must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manages Supervisors, Room Attendants and House Attendants; Interviews, trains and schedules staff; conducts evaluations.
• Ensures the smooth daily operation of the Housekeeping and Valet departments.
• Schedules daily work, inspects rooms, coaches staff to correct deficiencies, coordinates work orders.
• Demonstrates strong leadership presence for guests, employees and suppliers.
• Oversees stock control, par levels, and sourcing new products with up-to-date trends.
• Liaises with engineering, outsourced laundry and front office to deliver optimum performance.
