Costa Navarino is seeking a Chef de Partie, Bakery to craft breads and bakery items for luxury hospitality settings. You will work closely with the Chief Baker to ensure high quality, consistency and HACCP standards across the pastry program.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality or culinary arts.
• At least 4 years in a luxury hospitality environment (restaurant, hotel, cruise ship).
• Strong knowledge of bakery production, pastry techniques and presentation.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breads, viennoiseries and bakery products.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and HACCP compliance in all shifts.
• Coordinate production with Chief Baker and kitchen team.
• Maintain stock, ingredients and equipment readiness.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
