Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Fashion Support Consultant (English-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, email, or chat, and resolve issues while logging details in our systems. Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls (phone, email, chat) and resolve requests.

• Escalate issues following project procedures.
• Complete administrative duties as required.

What you will do in this role

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties
