E-Frontiers in Madrid is seeking Backend Engineers (Mid, Senior, and Staff) to join a fintech API Platform team building scalable, self-serve infrastructure used by customers and internal product teams.

You will design and build scalable backend services, own services end-to-end, contribute to architecture decisions via RFC, and mentor junior engineers while helping scale a platform used globally.

Formación

• Experience designing and building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Proficient in cloud-native environments and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with international teams.
• Fintech experience is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs.
• Own services end-to-end (you build it, you run it).
• Contribute to architecture decisions via RFC processes.
• Improve platform reliability, latency, and developer experience.
• Mentor more junior engineers (Staff/Senior levels).
• Help shape a modern platform used at global scale.
