Ebury seeks Senior Staff/Lead Backend Engineers to join the Client Ops team in Málaga or Madrid. You will design and operate reusable backend services in Python or TypeScript, own data contracts, and drive migrations away from Salesforce.

Formación

• 5+ years backend software engineering (Senior) or 7+ years with cross-domain architectural impact.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native design.
• Experience fintech or financial services industry.
• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Front-end React experience for operational tooling.
• Ability to write RFCs and communicate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate reusable backend services with APIs.
• Lead migrations away from legacy Salesforce integrations.
• Move domain logic out of Salesforce into purpose-built platforms.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineers across the lifecycle.
• Write testable code with CI/CD and Terraform-managed infrastructure.
• Build production-grade AI features and integrate LLMs.
