Shakers is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to drive the core of a FinTech platform, delivering customer-facing portals and scalable backend services. You will collaborate with product, data and business teams on architecture, security and performance decisions.

You will mentor junior developers, review code, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while upholding quality. Hybrid Madrid (Retiro) with 2 onsite days weekly.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across front-end (React or Angular) and back-end (Java, Python, Node.js or Go).
• Experience with high-volume or transactional systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability for a hybrid model in Madrid (Retiro), 2 days/week onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core modules of a financial services platform.
• Develop customer-facing portal experiences on the front end.
• Build and scale backend services and REST APIs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.
• Uphold security, performance and reliability standards across the stack.
• Partner with product, data and business teams on delivery.
• Review code and support the growth of junior developers.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development without compromising quality.
