Job summary

frog is seeking a Business Lead and Product Owner for a B2C eCommerce initiative in Madrid. You will drive value-stream orchestration, backlog governance, dependency management and change adoption across the B2C domain.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Product Owners, BAs and external partners, and ensure alignment of customer journeys with business objectives while facilitating SAFe PI planning and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital commerce or business transformation initiatives in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Agile delivery, PI Planning, backlog and dependency management.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into delivery roadmaps and value streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stream roadmap, priorities, risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Orchestrate end-to-end value stream aligning customer journeys with business objectives.
• Facilitate PI planning, backlog refinement and cross-team planning per SAFe.
• Ensure journeys, epics and features are prioritized by business value.
• Lead change management activities and adoption planning.
• Coordinate change initiatives to harmonize processes across affiliates.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve blockers impacting value delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, SI counterparts and stakeholders.
