AXA Partners is seeking an IT Tech Lead / Delivery Manager in Barcelona to own end-to-end product delivery, align IT squads with business goals and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and eCommerce. You will shape the product vision, roadmaps and ensure governance, security, and value delivery across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT, deep Agile experience including scaled frameworks, and strong skills in Java/Spring Boot, React, Liferay, Salesforce, API

Formación

• MS/BS in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT projects and leadership.
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies and scaled frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, React, Liferay, Salesforce, API design and microservices.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into viable product requirements; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle, driving governance, value delivery and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners to define vision and roadmap; secure buy-in with partners.
• Prioritize work, manage backlogs and coordinate multiple IT product squads.
• Deliver high-quality IT solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead IT communications, stakeholder management and performance reporting.
