Exoticca is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to act as the operational bridge between Business Development, Sales, and internal Creative teams. You will execute partner campaigns, manage account requests, and ensure timely delivery across key channels.

The role requires proactive organization, strong communication with B2B partners, and comfort with CMS portals, Looker, and Excel. This is an on-site position at our Barcelona offices offering a permanent contract and a dynamic, multicultural

Qualifications

• Proactive and organized professional with strong project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with B2B partners and internal teams.
• Fluent in English and able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Comfortable navigating partner CMS portals and intranets.
• Experience with data/tools like Looker and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• B2B partners POC: serve as the primary point of contact for external partners regarding marketing execution.
• B2B campaign coordination: coordinate and implement marketing actions between different B2B partners, aligning with account goals and timelines.
• Cross-department liaison: coordinate requests and briefs with Design, Copywriting, and other internal teams.
• Partner account support: assist in executing tailored marketing projects and co-op campaigns.
• Timeline & asset delivery: track schedules and manage workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• CMS & content uploads: manage uploading marketing materials on partner platforms and intranets.
