Exoticca in Barcelona seeks a B2B Partner Onboarding & Enablement Specialist to support our travel agent partners by delivering high-quality onboarding and training experiences. You will run live onboarding sessions, ensure agents understand our B2B platform, value proposition, and sales processes, and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product to align content with market needs.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and you will engage with external partners daily to drive adoption

Responsabilidades

• Deliver live onboarding/training sessions to B2B travel agents in English and Spanish (≈5 daily) via Google Meet.
• Ensure agents understand how to use the B2B platform, selling points and target profiles.
• Support agent adoption by calling/emailing to sign up and attend trainings; manage communications.
• Send confirmations, certificates, and follow-up materials; provide post-training support.
• Maintain training records and complete the confirmed training drive after each session.
• Develop, update, and improve training materials and presentations.
• Gather feedback and contribute to training improvements; collaborate with Sales/Operations/Product.
• Serve as a main contact for agents during onboarding and build strong relationships.

What is our proposal?

We are looking for a B2B Partner Onboarding & Enablement Specialist to support the growth of Exoticca's B2B channel by delivering high-quality onboarding and training experiences to our travel agent partners.

This role plays a key part in ensuring travel agents fully understand our platform, tools, value proposition, and sales processes, enabling them to confidently sell Exoticca's luxury travel products in key markets such as USA, Canada, Mexico, and the UK.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working closely with external partners on a daily basis through live online training sessions. You enjoy explaining products, influencing adoption, and helping partners succeed commercially. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence delivering trainings in English and Spanish are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live onboarding and training sessions to B2B travel agents in English and Spanish (approximately 5 sessions per day) via Google Meet.
• Ensure agents fully understand:
  • 1) How to use the Exoticca B2B platform.
  • 2) Key selling points and value proposition
  • 3) Target customer profiles and how to position Exoticca products
• Actively support agent adoption by:
  • 1) Calling and emailing agents to sign up and attend trainings.
  • 2) Managing pre- and post-training communication.
  • 3) Sending confirmations, certificates, and follow-up materials.
  • 4) Clarifying doubts and providing post-training support.
• Maintain accurate training records and complete the confirmed training drive after each session.
• Develop, update, and continuously improve training materials and presentations.
• Gather feedback from agents and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and training sessions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to ensure training content is aligned with business needs.
• Act as a key point of contact for agents during their onboarding phase, building strong and trusted relationships

Tools & Training

• Daily use of Salesforce, B2B Advisor Portal, Adiona, Gmail, Calendly, and Sprinklr
• Full onboarding and training will be provided to ensure familiarity with all tools, processes, and content

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am
• Friday: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Experience in onboarding, training, sales, customer success, customer support, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering live trainings.
• Proactive, autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt training sessions to different audiences and experience levels.
• Comfortable working with external stakeholders and commercially driven profiles.
