Job summary

Alea is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other channels. You will develop and manage a monthly content plan, create and edit content, coordinate publishing and engage with online communities.

Reporting to the Head of PR & Communications, you will transform company news and product updates into engaging content, record and edit video, write captions, and analyze performance to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

• Native-level or full professional proficiency in English, with excellent writing and editing skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital content.
• Experience developing and managing monthly social media content plans.
• Experience creating, recording and editing video content for social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Alea's monthly social media content plan.
• Create and edit content, record video and produce captions and headlines.
• Coordinate publishing schedules and engagement across channels.
• Analyse channel performance and optimize future content plans.
• Collaborate with Head of PR & Communications and Marketing team.
