Allfunds Group invites a Social Media and Communications Specialist to lead day-to-day LinkedIn activities, publish content, and collaborate with internal teams. You will drive follower growth, engagement, and thought leadership while coordinating with executives and stakeholders across the organization.

You will also manage the employee advocacy program, test new formats, and oversee paid social campaigns, all within a regulated financial services environment.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
• Experience within financial services, asset management, fintech, or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven track record growing a company or brand's LinkedIn audience with measurable results.
• Strong LinkedIn growth strategies including content optimization, engagement, employee advocacy, and paid/organic integration.
• Experience managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns and performance optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms and Google Analytics.
• Highly organized with project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and SEO/digital content best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day management and execution of Allfunds' LinkedIn presence and content calendar.
• Develop and publish content aligned with pillars: industry insights, platform capabilities, events, and culture.
• Grow followers and engagement with fund managers, distributors, and financial media.
• Manage and grow the employee advocacy programme and amplify leadership thought leadership.
• Experiment with new formats (short posts, video, polls) and AI-assisted content tools.
• Support LinkedIn advertising campaigns and optimize budgets and bidding strategies.
• Coordinate CMS updates with developers and internal stakeholders; ensure content accuracy.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; report ROI and insights.
• Support internal communications and cross-functional collaboration as required.
