Job summary

GR8_TECH seeks a seasoned Social Media Manager to own and scale Bet It Drives Media’s external social presence. You will drive organic strategy on LinkedIn and Instagram, craft platform-native content, and measure performance to grow audience reach and traffic.

You will manage executive branding for two C-level leaders, translating insights into authentic thought-leadership content and expanding social selling metrics in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Social Media Management and copywriting.
• Fluent written English with a strong portfolio of posts.
• Proven track record building, executing, and analyzing organic LinkedIn strategies.
• Hands-on experience launching/growing Instagram accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the end-to-end organic social strategy for Bet It Drives Media on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Produce high-quality, platform-native content formats aligned with pillars and audience preferences.
• Measure performance: followers, impressions, engagement, and clicks, to optimize content cycles.
• Manage the two C-level executives' LinkedIn presence with up to 8 posts per month per profile.
• Extract insights from executives via bi-weekly calls and translate into authentic thought-leadership content.
• Grow the Social Selling Index (SSI), follower counts and industry authority in the B2B tech space.
• Write compelling, native English copy tailored to different brand voices and formats.
• Partner with designers/editors to produce visually engaging assets and maintain a synchronized content calendar.
