Job summary

Alea in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own and grow Alea’s presence across multiple channels. You will manage monthly content plans, create and edit content, coordinate publishing, and engage with online communities while leveraging performance data to improve results.

You will report to the Head of PR & Communications and work closely with Marketing, Content, Design and Product teams to transform news and updates into compelling social media content.

Qualifications

• Native-level or full professional proficiency in English with strong writing and editing skills.
• 1–2 years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Experience developing and managing monthly social media content plans.
• Experience recording and editing video content for social media.
• Experience managing brand accounts on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Understanding of B2B, SaaS or iGaming contexts is desirable.
• Familiarity with CMS, YouTube Studio and scheduling tools.
• Strong editorial instincts and ability to translate interviews/events into content.
• Ability to analyze channel performance and translate data into action.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple content streams.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
