Job summary

Alea is seeking an organized, creative Podcast Producer to lead end‑to‑end production and delivery of two podcasts. You will oversee everything from planning and pre‑production to recording, post‑production and publication, ensuring quality and timely releases aligned with brand objectives.

Collaborating with the Head of PR & Communications, you will set strategy, define editorial direction and manage a structured production plan across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in podcast, audio, video, broadcast or digital content production.
• Experience managing complete podcast production from pre‑production to publication.
• Hands-on knowledge of microphones, cameras, lighting, recording software and editing tools.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, positioning and audience for both podcasts with the Head of PR & Communications.
• Oversee pre‑production, guest coordination, briefs and run‑of‑show documents.
• Lead recording sessions, technical checks and direction of hosts/guests.
• Manage post‑production, edits, feedback and final publication with cross‑team alignment.
• Coordinate publication across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and other channels.
• Create promotional assets and collaborate with design for thumbnails and show notes.
• Track performance and optimize topics, formats and distribution.
