Job summary

Naboo in Barcelona is hiring a BDR Outbound to generate opportunities on high-budget events (€100,000+) for strategic UK accounts. You will select target accounts, map ICPs, and execute multichannel outbound via HubSpot to feed Account Executives with qualified meetings.

You'll work in a fast-growing Meetings & Events company, with training on Naboo's pitch and tools like HubSpot, Surfe, Modjo and Aircall. The role is on-site in Barcelona with a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong outbound sales mindset with appetite to improve pitch and delivery.
• Excellent ability to receive and apply feedback quickly.
• Comfort on the phone and resilience to rejection.
• Real hunter mindset and target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Select high-potential strategic accounts and analyse signals to time approaches.
• Identify ICPs (Event Managers, Office/Facilities managers) and build sequencing strategy.
• Run multichannel outbound: calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn touches in account-based sequences (HubSpot).
• Book meetings and prepare briefs for Account Executives for six-figure deals.
