Doofinder in Madrid, Spain, is seeking Account Executives to join a dynamic sales team in a hybrid environment. You will manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and drive revenue with an uncapped commission structure.

We offer a €30,000 gross annual base salary, 4-week onboarding, permanent contract, clear career progression to AE2 and AE3, 22 days annual leave, and regular team events. Fluency in German, Dutch, Polish, Czech, or English with a US accent is required.

Formación

• 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales or related roles.
• Experience with outbound sales, prospecting, and closing.
• Comfortable with target-driven environments and cold calls.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling.
