Doofinder in Madrid, Spain is recruiting Account Executives for a hybrid, sales-focused role. You will manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and drive revenue with uncapped commissions and clear career progression.

Requirements include 1–6 years in B2B sales, proficiency in German, Dutch, Polish, or Czech (or English with a US accent). A permanent contract and onboarding/training are provided.

Formación

• 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales
• Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven environments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in one of target languages or English with US accent

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success.
