Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) en Madrid busca un Ingeniero de Automatización y Gestión de Herramientas IT con al menos 5 años de experiencia para diseñar y mejorar operaciones de IT. Trabajarás en un entorno híbrido, colaborando con infra, monitorización y equipos de servicio para impulsar la eficiencia.

Se valorará experiencia en PowerShell, Python, Ansible, ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB y herramientas de monitorización. Presupuesto flexible y oportunidades de desarrollo en un entorno multinacional.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Ingeniería de Automatización u Operations Tools.
• Experiencia con PowerShell, Python y Ansible.
• Experiencia práctica en ServiceNow ITSM y CMDB.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de automatización para operaciones de IT.
• Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades de automatización para reducir esfuerzo manual.
• Optimizar herramientas de operaciones, monitorización y ITSM.
• Mejorar flujos en ServiceNow, CMDB y capacidad de reporting operativo.
• Mejorar plataformas de monitorización y gestión de eventos.
• Automatizar parches, reporting de cumplimiento y tareas recurrentes.
• Desarrollar dashboards, informes y KPIs para revisiones de servicio.
• Colaborar con infra, monitorización, gestión de servicios y equipos de cliente para mejora continua.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT infrastructure operations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Optimize and manage IT operations tools, monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions.
• Improve ServiceNow workflows, CMDB quality and operational reporting capabilities.
• Enhance monitoring and observability platforms, reducing alert noise and improving event management.
• Automate patching, compliance reporting and recurring operational activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports and KPI metrics for service reviews and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration.
• Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

WHERE AND WHEN?

• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
• Office attendance: 3 days per week
• Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
