Tata Consultancy Services en Madrid busca un Monitor Engineer (L3 Support) con más de 5 años de experiencia para integrar soluciones de observabilidad e infraestructura. Colaborarás con DevOps, SRE y equipos de aplicación para mantener la salud del sistema y resolver incidencias con enfoque proactivo.

Se valorará experiencia con Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger/Zipkin y contenedores Docker/Kubernetes, así como herramientas APM.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Monitoring/Observabilidad/SRE.
• Sólida experiencia en plataformas de monitorización y observabilidad.
• Conocimiento de principios de observabilidad: métricas, logs y trazas.
• Experiencia con soluciones APM y trazado distribuido.
• Conocimiento de entornos cloud-native, microservicios y contenedores.
• Experiencia en scripting con Python o Bash.
• Nivel profesional de inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Implementar y configurar soluciones de observabilidad en aplicaciones e infraestructura.
• Monitorear rendimiento, salud del sistema y fiabilidad de servicios en tiempo real.
• Analizar telemetría, logs y métricas para resolver incidencias complejas.
• Realizar análisis de causa raíz y proponer mejoras de estabilidad.
• Colaborar con DevOps, SRE y equipos de aplicaciones durante la resolución de incidencias.
• Optimizar dashboards, alertas y umbrales de monitoreo.
• Generar informes de rendimiento e insights para stakeholders.
• Impulsar mejoras proactivas de monitoreo y análisis predictivo.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Implement and configure observability and monitoring solutions across applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor application performance, system health and service reliability in real time.
• Analyze telemetry data, logs and metrics to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for long-term stability improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and application teams during incident resolution.
• Optimize observability dashboards, alerts and monitoring thresholds.
• Generate performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Drive proactive monitoring improvements and predictive analysis initiatives.

WHAT TECHNOLOGIES WILL YOU USE?

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability or Site Reliability-related roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Solid understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs and traces.
• Experience with APM solutions and distributed tracing technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-native environments, microservices and containerized applications.
• Scripting experience with Python or Bash.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional level of English.

WHERE AND WHEN?

• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
• Office attendance: 3 days per week
• Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
