Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Madrid, Spain is seeking an ITIS Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ITIS architecture across cloud, data center, and security domains. • Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and SMEs.
• Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions, support RFP/RFI responses and presales engagements.
• Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework.
• Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service requests.
• Lead multi-tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains.
• Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Own end-to-end ITIS solution architecture including scope, services, transition, operations, and identification of cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and subject matter experts
• Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions, support RFP/RFI responses, pre-sales engagements, and contribute to cross-sell/up-sell strategies that enhance customer value and revenue growth.
• Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework
• Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service request
• Lead multi-tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains
• Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization
• Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities
